Gnosis

The Flower of Knowledge | Photographer : Ekaterina Elizarova

“The term “Gnostic” implies something more than mere belief, it implies knowledge acquired through direct experience of the Living Christ and Holy Spirit; it is a faith born of experience, knowledge, of the Truth and Light. Thus, from a Gnostic perspective the Living Body of Christ is not a Body of Believers, but rather a Body of Knowers, those who enter into direct experience of the Light-presence (Christ) and Light-power (Holy Spirit), and who live in this Holy Light and embody this Holy Light. If and when we speak of salvation, it is this knowledge, gnosis, acquired through direct experience that “saves,” the fruition of which is an experience of conscious union with the Holy Light (Christ and God); hence, an experience of enlightenment and liberation. Peace be with you!”
